Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Operations Research, Decision Engine (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop OR-based models for fulfillment routing, labor scheduling, and queuing optimization
• Integrate predictive ML models with optimization logic to enable adaptive, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy models into production systems with real-time data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• 4+ years of experience in building optimization and ML models in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain domains
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
• Experience with OR techniques such as linear/mixed-integer programming and simulation
• Familiarity with ML tools like Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
