Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Customer Intent, Decision Engine (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale decision engines for real-time customer identity and intent resolution
• Develop optimization frameworks for balancing personalization and business KPIs
• Lead online experimentation to validate model impact on personalization and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI with a proven track record
• Strong proficiency in hybrid modeling techniques and causal inference
• Experience building real-time recommendation systems and familiarity with cloud infrastructure
• Prior work in eCommerce, retail, or customer identity resolution is preferred
