Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will partner with internal stakeholders to address business needs through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms to analyze datasets and predict business outcomes
• Develop and deploy prototype solutions, transitioning them to production while ensuring quality and documentation
• Mentor junior team members and provide insights to inform strategic decisions across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in developing and applying statistical and machine learning predictive methods
• Proficiency in R and/or Python, with a strong understanding of SQL and relational data structures
• Experience in processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with Git for source control management
