Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist to support a high-impact Grievances initiative using Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions for member grievance workflows
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and integrate LLM APIs into production workflows
• Collaborate with business partners to define analytical or AI-driven solutions and contribute to automated grievance resolution letter generation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain or Google Agent Developer Kit (ADK)
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large-scale datasets using Google BigQuery
• Ability to define evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems and navigate incomplete data
