Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead analytics work on their Experiments Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead in-depth analyses of various datasets to extract actionable insights
• Design analytical approaches to address novel research questions and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with the Experiments team to design and execute randomized controlled trials (RCTs)

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience
• Exceptional project management skills for complex analytical projects
• Experience with non-randomized methods for causal inference
• Proficiency in building predictive models and required programming experience in SQL and either R or Python
• Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing randomized controlled trials
