A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and validation of AI and GenAI systems, focusing on risks like hallucination and fairness
• Design and implement evaluation workflows and structured model behavior tests
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and provide Responsible AI consultation to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional data science experience
• Experience developing or evaluating AI/ML systems in production environments
• Strong grounding in experimental design and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and evaluation workflows
