Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced analytics and AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement predictive and optimization models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver production-ready code
• Serve as an internal consultant, aligning analytical solutions with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience
• Proven experience in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics applied to business problems
• Strong background in statistics and econometrics, including time series modeling and causal inference
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to manage the full ML lifecycle
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and collaboration with engineering teams for deployment
