Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build machine learning models to personalize products and connect users with suitable policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop ML solutions
• Analyze product data, design experiments, and drive the integration of new data sources

Required Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in a technical data role with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building machine learning/statistical models
• MS/PhD in a quantitative field is a plus but not required
• Proven mathematical foundation and knowledge of various ML and statistical methods
• Strong proficiency in core Python and the Python data ecosystem
• Basic familiarity with engineering topics like CI/CD, unit testing, and cloud ecosystems is required
