Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, People.

Key Responsibilities

• Tell clear, business-relevant stories about talent using data and insights
• Design, own, and evolve the People data foundation, including pipelines and data models
• Build scalable analytics products and tools, including dashboards and AI-enabled products

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Psychology
• 4+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in People Data Science/People Analytics
• Experience in managing data pipelines and data warehousing
• Strong experience using SQL to query large datasets and proficiency with Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and drive projects independently
