Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to inform business decisions and growth strategies
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance user experience and improve listing coverage
• Design and interpret A/B experiments and report on key business metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist with large datasets
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and A/B testing
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and either Python or R; experience with visualization tools
• Keen understanding of online products
• Preferred: Deep understanding of the US residential real estate market
