Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with sales leads to clarify complex underwriting results for non-technical audiences and identify automation opportunities
• Validate and maintain data pipelines and proactively identify data quality issues
• Provide strategic guidance on value-based care contracts and refine sales offerings based on stakeholder insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis within healthcare management or consulting
• A degree in statistics, applied math, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one data science programming language (preferably Python)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience applying research and analytic models to inform growth operations
