Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Membership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating subscription and membership data to ensure data quality and governance
• Develop predictive models to analyze member retention, churn, and lifetime value by segment and cohort
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to design and evaluate offers that enhance acquisition and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in a subscription/membership business
• Graduate degree in a relevant quantitative field is preferred
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills, with experience in unifying and transforming subscription data
• Proficiency in Python for statistical and machine-learning model development
• Experience with data visualization tools for executive-level reporting
