Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product research and analysis of shipping data to identify opportunities and shape product strategy
• Develop advanced machine learning prototypes and production-ready models for new features
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists while driving cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles
• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience in translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical frameworks
• Understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
