Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist I to optimize and operationalize advanced machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and fine-tune existing machine learning models to meet domain-specific needs
• Collaborate with teams to develop scalable, model-driven solutions for clinical research challenges
• Implement and operationalize large language models and retrieval-augmented systems to enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications

• MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ML or LLM model development and fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch
• Experience with Databricks for data engineering and machine learning projects
• Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and experience with embeddings and retrieval-augmented generation
