Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist I to optimize and operationalize advanced machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fine-tune existing machine learning models to meet specific domain and business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, model-driven solutions for clinical research challenges
• Evaluate model performance and implement LLM-based systems to enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications

• MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and fine-tuning ML or LLM models
• Demonstrated expertise in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch
• Experience with data engineering and machine learning workflows in Databricks
• Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
