Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to support a proof-of-concept demonstration using natural language processing and machine learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and testing of statistical models and NLP integration
• Establish a framework for technical tasks, including milestones and deliverables
• Lead the design review process and oversee prototype implementation while providing guidance to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in US Federal Government data science programs requiring TS/SCI clearance
• Expertise in data engineering with experience processing large datasets efficiently
• Proven knowledge of statistical algorithms, machine learning, and adaptive systems
• History of developing optimal non-rule-based decision-making systems
