Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their Data Science & Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and build datasets from medical and pharmacy claims data to provide actionable insights
• Design and maintain scalable Databricks workflows for processing healthcare claims data
• Develop and optimize PySpark and SQL pipelines for data performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data processing and workflow automation
• Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, and PySpark for analytics and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of medical claims data and medical coding systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
