Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to its data science practice by delivering analysis and predictive modeling that inform product and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify valuable areas of investigation to enhance understanding of members, writers, and business
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop hypotheses and generate actionable insights
• Build and maintain statistical and predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as an in-house data scientist with a proven track record of driving business impact
• Proficiency in statistical programming with Python or R, and SQL for analytical queries
• Experience in building, validating, and deploying predictive and statistical models
• Strong collaboration skills with a history of cross-team and executive-level partnership
• Experience with ML engineering practices, dbt, or data engineering is a plus
