Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the experimentation framework and standards across the organization
• Drive strategic opportunity sizing and help prioritize product bets based on data insights
• Lead predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives while mentoring other data scientists

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a data scientist
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and engineering influence
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments with expertise in predictive modeling and ML techniques
• Ability to proactively identify key questions and opportunities in product development
• Strong experience in creating actionable dashboards and visualizations
