Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions using large-scale healthcare data
• Own the end-to-end model lifecycle including evaluation, validation, and post-production monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in building production-quality, maintainable, and testable code
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and healthcare data literacy
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data science and analytical workflows
• Experience leading complex data science initiatives from concept to production
• Experience mentoring senior data scientists and working in cross-functional environments
