Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate machine learning models in production, including monitoring and iterative improvement
• Develop, train, and optimize models for a real-time bidding and decisioning system
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify problems, define success metrics, and translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python experience, particularly in production systems
• Solid SQL skills and experience with analytical databases
• Hands-on experience with training and tuning tree-based models on real data
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models beyond experimentation
• Ability to operate with limited guidance and propose solutions independently
