Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy for the Growth and Patient Experience team, focusing on patient engagement and retention
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize multi-channel enrollment strategies and build attribution models
• Define key business metrics, conduct exploratory analyses, and lead A/B testing initiatives across marketing and product efforts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in data science, product analytics, or data engineering
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, consumer health, or high-touch consumer products
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience across the full data stack
• Strong product sense with experience in A/B testing and user behavior analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools and modern data stack tools
