Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve AI systems focusing on reliability and measurable output quality
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI into workflows and develop reusable components
• Define standards for responsible AI integration and act as an internal advisor on AI-related projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, data science, or AI engineering
• Hands-on experience with large language models and agentic AI systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and the modern ML/AI ecosystem
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and foundation model APIs
• Proven ability to design quantitative evaluation frameworks for AI systems
