Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior / Lead Applied Data Scientist who identifies opportunities and builds solutions to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve search, recommendations, and personalization to enhance marketplace metrics
• Independently identify and prioritize opportunities based on business impact
• Design and analyze experiments to iterate and deploy ideas rapidly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Applied ML, or related roles
• Strong foundation in machine learning, experimentation, and statistical thinking
• Proven track record of driving business impact beyond model building
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
