Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable A/B tests and causal inference models to optimize user registration and retention strategies
• Develop predictive models and statistical frameworks to enhance trial-to-subscription conversion and reduce churn
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into effective marketing and product strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics focused on growth and user retention
• Strong expertise in causal inference, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, AWS, or Databricks
