Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to shape marketing strategy through experimentation and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experimentation for the marketing team, including A/B test design and analysis
• Drive measurement approaches to improve marketing effectiveness, including marketing mix modeling
• Create dashboards and reporting to enhance visibility into performance and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience using data to solve complex business problems
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in Tableau and Databricks
• Experience designing and interpreting experiments with a foundation in statistical analysis
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect business goals to data-driven recommendations
