Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Informatics Senior Data Scientist to manage and analyze biological and genomic data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform source-to-target mappings between incoming data and the data model
• Develop scalable models to automate data mapping processes
• Evaluate and validate data from various sources for accuracy and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in bioinformatics, clinical data science, or a related field
• Experience with biomarker and/or genomic ontologies or terminologies
• Familiarity with healthcare ontologies or terminologies (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, etc.)
• Experience in evaluating and ensuring data quality
• Collaborative mindset and high integrity work ethic
