Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data & Applied Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product/program analytics and insights to drive strategy and improve learner experience
• Design and analyze learner journeys to understand behavior across various stages
• Define and operationalize success metrics and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify engagement drivers

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in a relevant field with corresponding data science experience, or Bachelor's degree with extensive experience
• 4+ years of experience in data science, product/journey analytics, and user behavioral modeling
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, KQL, and modern analytics frameworks
• Experience designing experiments and delivering behavior-driven insights
• Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms
