Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 4+ years of industry experience, or equivalent practical experience
• Expertise in Python and SQL, with experience in large-scale data systems
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining machine learning models in production
• Strong foundation in causal inference and advanced experimentation methods
• Ability to independently manage complex analytical projects with significant business impact
