Job Summary

Senior Data Scientist, responsible for architecting and leading the technical strategy for personalization and AI platforms in a full-time hybrid role, focusing on optimizing user experiences and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and own end-to-end machine learning systems for user experience personalization
• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities and develop technical roadmaps
• Mentor and set technical direction for the data science team, fostering a culture of operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline with 10+ years of industry experience in data science and machine learning
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying production machine learning systems with measurable business ROI
• Expertise in end-to-end production deployment, including data pipeline development and model observability
• Experience in fintech or regulated domains preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and building a culture of rigor
