Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Data Scientist, this position offers the opportunity to work remotely or from the office in Lititz, PA, focusing on applying statistical methodologies and developing custom analytics models to drive insights and business optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights from complex data
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies for business performance optimization
• Conducting exploratory analysis, hypothesis testing, and translating retail business problems into data science solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques, preferably in ecommerce contexts
• Proven ability as a full stack data scientist with a portfolio of machine learning projects
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-experts
