Job Summary

To support enterprise-level decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will architect, deliver, and govern advanced analytics and machine learning solutions within a remote environment, focusing on healthcare, finance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy advanced statistical and machine learning solutions to influence strategic decisions
• Manage the end-to-end analytical solution lifecycle, including data discovery, modeling, and performance monitoring
• Serve as a technical authority on model explainability and regulatory compliance in healthcare analytics

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or machine learning solutions, particularly in healthcare analytics
• Proven experience deploying production analytics or machine learning solutions in mission-critical environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in Microsoft analytics tools
• Knowledge of ML explainability and governance techniques
