Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Data Scientist will design and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to enhance customer retention and operational excellence, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage end-to-end machine learning models focused on customer retention
• Develop AI-driven tools that provide actionable insights to support Customer Success and Renewals teams
• Mentor fellow Data Scientists and contribute to best practices in analytics and code quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning with a track record of delivering production-grade solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in deploying and monitoring machine learning models
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
• Experience presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity and adaptability in working with emerging AI technologies
