Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will analyze customer behavior, design experiments, and build predictive models while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze behavioral patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention
• Design and implement experiments to evaluate product and marketing changes, ensuring decisions are evidence-based
• Build models and datasets to enhance customer segmentation and forecast outcomes, applying machine learning techniques as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Science role within B2B SaaS or similar environments
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis and modeling
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery; familiarity with dbt is a plus
• Strong communication skills to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
