Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To enhance product personalization and decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will build and maintain machine learning models, develop data pipelines, and collaborate with product and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, improve, and maintain ML models for user experience personalization, including on-demand pay balance optimization and fraud controls
• Develop reliable data pipelines and advocate for improvements in data infrastructure in collaboration with engineering partners
• Communicate model results and tradeoffs to product and cross-functional partners, linking technical outputs to business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Science & Machine Learning experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated consumer domain
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, machine learning, statistics)
• Proven track record of building models that drive measurable business outcomes and seeing them through to production
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with experience in feature engineering pipelines and end-to-end model deployment
• Strong proficiency in modern AI, classical ML, statistical, and probabilistic methods
