Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To power a volumetric, subscription-driven growth engine, the remote Senior Data Scientist will build and operationalize LTV and churn models, develop marketing attribution approaches, and lead a reporting team while collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Build predictive LTV models and develop payback and CAC views to support budget allocation
• Model triggers for account expansion and create data-driven upgrade paths to maximize customer wallet share
• Design multi-touch attribution models and ensure clean event tracking for reliable data analysis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Growth Analytics within a subscription-based business
• Proven track record in building LTV, churn, and ICP segmentation models tied to revenue outcomes
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python/R, with expert-level Power BI skills
• Familiarity with GTM tags and event schemas for data flow into a warehouse
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive-ready presentation skills
