Job Summary

Driving innovative data science initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will lead predictive modeling projects, develop campaign data science models, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute data science projects, including predictive modeling and algorithm design
• Develop industry-leading campaign data science models focused on partisanship and turnout
• Transform data into actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of advanced data science techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in data engineering and data pipelines
• Mastery of programming languages such as Python and SQL
