Job Summary

To support a growing Data Science team, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will define business problems, analyze data, and drive outcomes across core business areas such as growth, product development, AI, and strategic partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the right business problems and ensure analyses address key questions
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders and drive decision-making

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
