Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To shape product strategy through data-driven insights, the remote Senior Data Scientist will optimize existing products and support early-stage initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data analysis and actionable insights to enhance product performance and user experience
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify critical product questions and deliver data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain a reliable analytics infrastructure to support product decisions and ensure data integrity

Required qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in product analytics with a proven ability to influence product strategy using SQL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
• Experience with exploratory analysis projects, including cohorting and funnel optimization
• Proficiency in using product analytics tools to track end-to-end user journeys and analyze events
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong product sense and adaptability
