Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive product and business innovation, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will partner with Product and Engineering to tackle ambiguous customer challenges through data-driven solutions, develop ML and AI capabilities, and establish best practices for experimentation and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and implement pragmatic solutions
• Lead experimentation efforts, including hypothesis design and A/B testing, to inform decision-making
• Build and iterate on production-ready ML/AI models, ensuring effective evaluation and monitoring practices are in place

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in delivering data science projects that have impacted product direction
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to produce maintainable, production-quality code
• Demonstrated experience in mentorship and enabling teams to adopt best practices in data science
• Solid understanding of applied statistics and experimentation methodologies
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern MLOps practices
