Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a brand-new Business Unit focused on Retail and CPG clients, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will design, develop, and deploy advanced causal and predictive solutions to enhance customer loyalty and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy causal inference models to measure the impact of marketing interventions on customer loyalty
• Build machine-learning-based forecasting and predictive models for customer lifetime value and churn analysis
• Establish foundational data modeling frameworks to transform raw transactional data into scalable features

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in applied data science or advanced analytics
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in customer analytics and loyalty programs
• Strong domain experience in CPG, FMCG, retail, or similar consumer-facing industries
• Advanced proficiency in Python and causal inference libraries
• Strong SQL skills for large-scale data processing and complex data modeling
