Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Designing and developing scalable AI solutions, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will perform research, create machine learning algorithms, and integrate models while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities:

• Participates in brainstorming sessions with internal customers to understand AI/ML needs and business objectives
• Builds and evaluates machine learning models using R and Python, ensuring data quality and model performance
• Communicates research findings and model results to non-technical stakeholders and assists in developing best practices for model deployment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in developing machine learning/AI models using R or Python
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Git
• Experience with the Databricks platform
• Familiarity with continuous integration and software engineering practices
