Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading data science initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will develop and deliver predictive models, manage model life cycles, and mentor junior data scientists while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full model development lifecycle for data science models, including ideation, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Manage Data Science-focused projects, planning and allocating work for junior team members
• Contribute to the enterprise data strategy and process improvements, focusing on innovation through data science and machine learning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a numerate field or 8 years of relevant experience in data manipulation
• Minimum of five years of data science experience or a PhD
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Excel, with advanced experience in R, Python, or a functional equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
• Specialization in a specific area of Data Science, such as Time Series models, NLP, or Deep Learning
