Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Generating medical insights from longitudinal clinical data, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will develop forecasting models, lead operational analytics, and collaborate with clinicians to enhance patient care through data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Generate medical insights and identify population-level trends from Atria's clinical data
• Build forecasting models for disease progression, member engagement, and operational metrics
• Design and analyze experiments while authoring and maintaining analytical tools and dashboards for clinical use

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics, with at least 2 years in healthcare or a regulated longitudinal-data domain
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability, with knowledge of forecasting and time-series methods
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud data warehousing (preferably Snowflake)
• Experience with experimental design and analysis, including A/B testing
• Clear written and visual communication skills, with a focus on translating complex analyses into actionable insights
