Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Supporting data-driven decision-making in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to generate actionable insights that enhance partnerships with school districts nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver predictive models to address business questions, including partner churn prediction and lead scoring
• Own the full machine learning lifecycle, ensuring models are accurate, interpretable, and maintainable over time
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to translate complex model outputs into actionable insights that shape organizational strategy

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in the entire machine learning lifecycle, including building and deploying relevant predictive models
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools to automate analytical workflows
• Familiarity with AI operational practices that ensure reliable AI-assisted work
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
