Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the Data Science team, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will advise on analysis techniques, collaborate with analytics engineers, and conduct exploratory analysis to generate actionable insights, with the option to work remotely from various US states or from the Lititz, PA office.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on analysis and modeling techniques while developing custom analytics models to drive value for customers
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to gather information and implement advanced statistical methodologies for business optimization
• Conduct exploratory analysis and translate complex retail business problems into data science solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques
• Experience with ecommerce search, recommendation engines, or dynamic pricing is a plus
• Demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects
