Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To redefine the future of rewards and incentives, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to influence strategic decision-making and optimize global incentive programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define quota-setting strategy and partner with various teams to apply data science methods to incentive design
• Design and implement scalable methods to analyze large datasets, generating actionable insights for business impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders to frame analytical questions and translate business context into analytical frameworks

Required qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with relevant data-science experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions using ML algorithms
• Experience in PowerBI reporting and business planning is a plus
• Hands-on experience with developing and deploying AI models is a plus
