Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leveraging expertise in statistics and machine learning, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will develop and deploy automated solutions to solve complex business problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of a data science team and provide technical leadership for small projects as needed
• Apply technical knowledge to interpret business questions and proactively search for solutions to relevant business problems
• Independently resolve highly complex technical issues and identify potential risks in design and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• 5+ years of industry-related experience and/or training in data science
• Strong understanding of key analytical, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques
• Experience with scripting and programming languages, particularly Python
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
