Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will generate insights from raw data, design and deploy models, and develop strategies impacting credit risk, fraud, collections, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of statistical and machine learning model development, from data exploration to deployment and monitoring
• Improve business efficiency by deploying modeling solutions and assisting stakeholders in strategy development
• Conduct regular model performance tracking and collaborate with Legal and Compliance on model review and governance requirements

Required qualifications

• BS or higher in a quantitative discipline or equivalent working experience
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with data science and statistical modeling
• Strong expertise in machine learning and statistics, including Regression, Classification, and Neural Networks
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, SnowFlake, and Git
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into business results
