Job Summary

As a key analytical leader, the remote Senior Staff Data Scientist will influence Mozilla's long-term strategy by providing data-driven insights, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, and delivering sophisticated analytical solutions to complex problems.

Key responsibilities

• Shape business decisions with rigorous, data-driven insights and clear recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align stakeholders
• Mentor data scientists and elevate the quality of analytical work across the organization

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in Python or R, SQL, and modern data science tooling
• Proven experience in communicating complex technical findings to both technical and executive audiences
• Track record of driving alignment across cross-functional teams and leading through influence
• Strong foundation in analytical methods and curiosity for emerging technologies
• Experience across multiple industries or problem spaces is a plus
